• Orders under $60: $6.99 flat rate shipping Processing & Delivery Time
• Processing time: 1-3 business days
• Delivery time: 7-14 business days after processing
• Total estimated delivery: 8-17 business days from order date
Multiple Packages: Your order may arrive in multiple packages from different warehouses on different days. This is completely normal! Each item is carefully sourced from our trusted suppliers to ensure the best quality for your pet. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package via email. Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package(s) using the tracking number(s) provided.
Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to:
• High order volumes during peak seasons
• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
