At PetDynamics, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@petdynamics.shop before sending any items back.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grooming tools that have been used
- Opened or used pet care products
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@petdynamics.shop with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right immediately.
